Client Engagement
How we formalize the work.
Every engagement is governed by a Consulting Services Agreement with The Reed Advisory Group, LLC, with the specific services, deliverables and fees defined in a project-specific Statement of Work.
Consulting MethodologyEngagements follow a phased approach — Assessment, Evaluation, Findings, Scope of Work Definition, Implementation Planning, Implementation & Advisory Support, and Program Review — scaled to the size of the engagement.
Statements of WorkServices, deliverables, fees, timelines and responsibilities for each engagement are defined in a written Statement of Work executed by both parties.
ConfidentialityBoth parties protect and limit use of confidential business, operational, financial and workforce information shared during the engagement, an obligation that survives termination.
Intellectual PropertyClients own the final, client-specific deliverables created under their Statement of Work upon payment; The Reed Advisory Group retains its underlying methodologies, frameworks and assessment tools.
Independent EngagementThe Reed Advisory Group operates as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner, retaining control over how services are delivered.
Term & TerminationEither party may terminate with thirty (30) days' written notice; payment, confidentiality and IP obligations for completed work survive termination.
